Case - 1

6 year old girl presented with difficulty in eating and taking hand behind the neck. She was diagnosed to have Residual Brachial Plexus Birth palsy right side with Internal Rotation contracture. MRI of the right shoulder showed deformed humeral head. Child was treated surgically by means of soft tissue balancing (tendon transfer). She improved clinically and able to eat normally and take her hand behind the neck easily.

Case - 2

5 years old boy brought with complains deformity of both feet since birth. Initially he took treatment elsewhere. Now he presented with difficulty in walking and persistence of deformity. He was diagnosed as Recurrent type of Clubfoot. He was treated by serial manipulation and casting by Ponseti method. After that he was treated with small soft tissue procedure. His deformity was fully corrected and able to walk normally and independently.
